INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ONLINE SCHOLARSHIP TEST:

  1. The online test is based on Karnataka state syllabus of II PUC.
  2. The duration of online test will be for 100 minutes.
  3. The test carries 100 marks and there are 100 questions (1 mark each) [40 questions from Mathematics, 30 questions from Physics, 30 questions from Chemistry]. All questions are of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question with the choice of four answers, only one being correct choice. Each correct answer fetches 1 mark. No negative marks for wrong answers.
  4. Candidate should be seated in front of the desktop or laptop or mobile phone facing the screen and webcam throughout the entire duration of the test.
  5. Candidate should be seated in a way that there is enough light to capture his/her face clearly.
  6. Candidate should be in formals or smart casuals while taking the test.
  7. No one else should be present in the surroundings other than the candidate during the test.
  8. Candidate CANNOT open any other application window during the test and if anybody is caught doing so, it will be considered as a violation.
  9. Candidate must keep in mind that their images are recorded and supervised in near real time. Therefore, it is strictly advised that the candidate does not leave the seat during the test. Such behaviour will be immediately recorded as a violation.
  10. No bio breaks are permitted during the test.
  11. The candidate is not allowed to use a calculator during the test. A plain paper and a pencil are allowed for rough work.
  12. Candidate CANNOT talk or speak during the test or use any device like phones or tablets for anything. If the candidate disturbs the position of the camera, the test will be auto submitted and will not be accessible and available to the candidate thereafter.


SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS:

  1. Scholarships will be awarded to the students on the basis of performance in the online test conducted by the Institute.
  2. Scholarship will be only awarded in the payable tuition fee.
  3. Scholarship awarded can't be redeemed for cash.
  4. The students must eligible for promotion to higher classes every year and during the course the student should maintain 85% attendance in all subjects to avail scholarship for next year.
  5. Decision taken by the college will be final and can't be challenged.
